Nexa Resources (NEXA) has released an update.
Nexa Resources S.A. has initiated a cash tender offer for the full amount of its 2027 Notes and up to a specified limit for its 2028 Notes, with a guaranteed backing from its subsidiary companies. Investors holding these notes have until early April for the 2027 Notes and late April for the 2028 Notes to tender their securities, with premiums and accrued interest included as part of the deal.
