Nexa Resources (NEXA) has released an update.
Nexa Resources has announced the pricing of a $600 million offering of 6.750% senior unsecured notes due in 2034, set to close on April 9, 2024. The proceeds are intended for a cash tender offer to repurchase existing notes due in 2027 and 2028, with any remaining funds allocated for general corporate purposes. The notes, guaranteed by Nexa’s subsidiaries, are targeted at qualified institutional buyers and non-U.S. persons, excluding registration under the U.S. Securities Act and state laws.
