Nexa Resources (NEXA) has released an update.
Nexa Resources has announced the pricing of a $600 million senior unsecured notes offering at 6.750%, maturing in 2034, with the closing expected on April 9, 2024. The proceeds from the sale will primarily facilitate a cash tender offer for the company’s existing notes due in 2027 and 2028, with any remaining funds to be used for general corporate purposes. This offering is targeted at qualified institutional buyers and non-U.S. persons in compliance with respective securities regulations.
