Iris Metals Limited (AU:IR1) has released an update.
Nex Metals Explorations Ltd has expanded its portfolio by acquiring the Kookynie Project tenements from Iris Metals Ltd, including mining, exploration, and prospecting licenses, chiefly for gold exploration in Western Australia. The deal includes not only shares but also a 2% Net Smelter Return royalty for Iris and assumes existing agreements. The acquisition is poised to enhance Nex Metals Explorations’ exploration capabilities, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.
