Neurotech International Ltd. has announced the departure of Winton Willesee from its board of directors as of April 19, 2024. The notice reveals Willesee’s associations with entities holding significant stakes in the company, including 4,794,530 and 337,906 fully paid ordinary shares through Azalea Family Holdings and Silverinch Pty Limited, respectively, and an additional 4,000,000 shares via Chincherinchee Nominees Pty Ltd. No director’s interests in contracts were reported at the time of notification.
