NeuroPace (NPCE) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Irina Ridley is stepping down as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of NeuroPace, Inc., with her departure set for March 6, 2024. A transition agreement ensures she will continue to receive her salary and benefits, including a potential 2023 bonus, until then. Ridley will also offer consulting services to the company until the end of 2024, during which certain equity awards will continue to vest. Her severance package includes 12 months of salary and healthcare coverage, plus a one-time payment, all contingent on a release of claims.
