Netease (NTES) has released an update.
NetEase, Inc. has announced that its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on June 26, 2024, at which shareholders will vote on the re-election of directors, ratification of auditors, and other business matters. Shareholders as of May 24, 2024, can vote in person or via proxy, and those holding American depositary shares (ADSs) are instructed to submit voting instructions to The Bank of New York Mellon. The company encourages shareholders to review the complete proxy materials available on NetEase’s and regulatory websites before voting.
