Netcall plc has announced the issuance of 20,000 new Ordinary Shares following an employee’s exercise of share options, with these shares expected to start trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 7 May 2024. The company’s total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights will reach 164,865,146 post-Admission. Shareholders can use this figure as the denominator to assess changes in their shareholding interests as per the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
