NCR Voyix Corporation has announced the appointment of Irv Henderson as an independent member of their Board of Directors, effective immediately, with his tenure lasting until the 2024 annual meeting. Henderson, with a rich background in software development and as a leader in digital strategies for businesses, notably at U.S. Bancorp and the POS system provider he co-founded, talech Inc., will also be up for re-election at the forthcoming annual meeting. His compensation includes an annual cash retainer and a sign-on equity grant, both prorated. This addition comes as Georgette Kiser has decided not to seek re-election for her board seat.
