National Storage REIT (AU:NSR) has released an update.
National Storage REIT has announced that director Claire Elizabeth Fidler is no longer serving as a director of the company as of March 27, 2024. Fidler held 238,656 stapled securities directly, and had an influential interest in an additional 14,494 securities through the AMG Superannuation Fund. The news release confirms there are no director interests in any contracts that need to be disclosed.
