Napatech A/S has announced the issuance of 93,188 new shares at a subscription price of DKK 0.25 each, increasing its share capital by DKK 23,297. This action is part of the company’s incentive program and the new shares, which carry the same rights as existing ones, will be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange shortly. The capital increase will take place without pre-emption rights for current shareholders.
