Nanoco Group plc (GB:NANO) has released an update.
Nanoco Group PLC, a leader in cadmium-free quantum dot technology, has executed a share buyback on the 22nd of April, 2024, purchasing 490,137 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price, with the intent to cancel them. This move will reduce the total number of ordinary shares in issue and consequently the total voting rights in the company. The action is part of a buyback program announced earlier on the 11th of April and is a step towards capital restructuring.
