Nanoco Group plc (GB:NANO) has released an update.
Nanoco Group PLC, a leader in cadmium-free quantum dots and nanomaterials, has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 497,162 ordinary shares as part of its share buyback program initiated earlier this month. The buyback took place on April 19, 2024, at a consistent price of 19.913 pence per share. Following the cancellation, the company’s total number of voting rights will decrease to 196,865,620 shares.
