Namoi Cotton Ltd (AU:NAM) has released an update.
Namoi Cotton Limited has decided to redeem all outstanding Residual Capital Stock, with the cancellation scheduled for 4 June 2024. Stockholders will receive a redemption price of $0.5318 per stock and are no longer able to convert their holdings into ordinary shares. Stockholders are reminded to update their bank details with Namoi by 29 May 2024 to facilitate the redemption payment.
