Myomo Inc (MYO) just unveiled an announcement.
Myomo, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from six to seven and appointed financial expert Heather Getz as a new member, starting March 26, 2024. Getz, an experienced executive with a background in accountancy and a tenure as CFO at Butterfly Network, Inc., will also chair the audit committee. Recognized for her independence and expertise, she is set to serve until the 2025 shareholders’ meeting and will receive a combination of cash and stock compensation for her directorship. The company has issued a press release to announce Getz’s appointment.
