Murano Global Investments (MRNO) just unveiled an update.
In a strategic corporate move, HCM has completed a merger with New CayCo, resulting in the creation of Murano Global Hospitality Corp, a subsidiary of Murano Global Investments PLC. HCM shares and warrants have been converted to Murano shares and warrants. Murano’s shares and certain warrants began trading on the Nasdaq under new ticker symbols. Following the merger, HCM took steps to delist from the Nasdaq and terminate its SEC reporting obligations, while Murano issued a press release announcing the new trading commencement on the Nasdaq.
