Motorola Solutions, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from eight to nine members, welcoming Elizabeth D. Mann as a new director and Audit Committee member, effective immediately. Mann, who is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Verisk Analytics, Inc., will serve on Motorola’s board until the 2025 Annual Meeting. Her compensation aligns with the standard for non-employee directors and involves equity in the form of deferred stock units. No undisclosed arrangements influenced her appointment, ensuring a transparent addition to the leadership team.
