Moonbound Mining Ltd. has announced the acquisition of Continental Lithium Africa Development Corporation, aiming to consolidate its strategic position in the lithium mining sector. The deal involves Moonbound issuing shares and warrants to acquire all securities of Continental, which has established a foothold in Namibia’s promising lithium market. This strategic move will result in Continental becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Moonbound, significantly expanding the company’s lithium mining claims in Namibia.
