Mondelez International (MDLZ) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On February 1, 2024, Mondelēz International expanded its Board of Directors from 10 to 11 members and appointed Brian J. McNamara, CEO of Haleon plc, to the Board. McNamara will serve on the People and Compensation Committee as well as the Governance, Membership and Sustainability Committee, his role deemed independent according to Nasdaq rules. He will receive standard non-employee director compensation and indemnification, with no reportable transactions between him and the company.
