During the Company’s Special Meeting on February 14, 2024, stockholders cast their votes on key proposals, with a quorum of nearly 40% present. They approved the issuance of over 14 million shares related to exercise of warrants from a recent private placement in accordance with Nasdaq rules. Additionally, an adjournment to gain more proxy votes, if needed, was also greenlit. These decisions reflect stockholder support for the Company’s strategic financial maneuvers.
