Seth H. Bagshaw has retired as the CFO and Treasurer of MKS Instruments, Inc. and will continue as a special advisor until May 2024. John T.C. Lee, the current President and CEO, has taken over as the interim principal financial officer during the search for Bagshaw’s replacement. Dr. Lee has a clean record with no conflicts of interest or family ties influencing his new role.
