Mitie Group plc (GB:MTO) has released an update.
Mitie Group plc has recently completed a share buyback transaction, purchasing 485,411 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 116 GBp per share through Peel Hunt LLP. The acquired shares are set to be cancelled, which will result in Mitie having 1,334,419,968 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury-held shares. This move aligns with the company’s announcement on 11 October 2023 and follows regulatory compliance as stipulated by relevant EU and UK laws.
