Mitie Group plc (GB:MTO) has released an update.
Mitie Group plc has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 507,993 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 116.2 to 117.7 GBp per share, with the intention to cancel these shares. This latest transaction will result in Mitie having 1,333,911,975 ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury. The move is part of a share buyback program announced previously, reflecting the company’s ongoing strategy to manage its share capital.
