Mitie Group plc (GB:MTO) has released an update.
Mitie Group plc has announced the purchase of 150,000 of its own ordinary shares for 120.2000 GBp each as part of its Share Buyback Programme, which will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, Mitie will have over 1.33 billion ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury. This move reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to manage its share capital effectively.
