Mitie Group plc (GB:MTO) has released an update.
Mitie Group plc has reported the purchase of 452,801 of its own ordinary shares as part of its Share Buyback Programme, with the intention to cancel these shares. This transaction, made through Peel Hunt LLP, involved shares bought at prices ranging from 115.2 to 116 GBp per share. The cancellation of these shares will leave Mitie with 1,334,905,379 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
