Mink Ventures Corp. has launched a $500,000 private placement to fund its mineral exploration ventures, offering both hard dollar units and flow-through units to investors. These investments will support the exploration and development of Mink’s nickel, copper, and cobalt projects in Ontario, with tax incentives for purchasers of the flow-through shares. The raised capital will also provide general working capital for the company.
