On May 5, 2021, a $400,000 loan was extended to Fogdog Energy Solutions Inc. with a 4% annual interest, maturing on December 31, 2024. The lender converted the loan and interest into an 11% equity stake in Fogdog on March 22, 2024, valued at $446,071. Notably, Swapan Kakumanu, an executive of the lending company, also serves as an officer and shareholder of Fogdog, highlighting a cross-company relationship.
