Metallis Resources Inc. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $500,000 through the sale of 7.7 million shares at $0.065 each. The funds will primarily support the initial exploration of the Greyhound property and bolster general corporate functions. Following regulatory approval, the newly issued shares will be subject to a trading hold period of four months plus one day.
