Mercia Asset Management Plc (GB:MERC) has released an update.
Mercia Asset Management PLC, a specialist asset manager with £1.5 billion in assets, has recently bought back 140,000 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of an ongoing Share Buyback Programme. The shares were purchased at prices ranging between 34 and 35 pence per share, with the average price being 34.71 pence. Following the buyback, the company will hold these shares in treasury, reducing the number of shares available on the market.
