Melrose Industries Plc (GB:MRO) has released an update.
Melrose Industries Plc has announced the purchase of 366,918 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 625.2000 to 634.6000 pence per share, with the transaction conducted through J.P. Morgan Securities plc. The acquired shares will be held in treasury, and following the buyback, Melrose now has over 40 million shares in treasury out of more than 1.3 billion shares issued.
