Melrose Industries PLC has announced the purchase of 362,662 of its own shares at prices ranging from 633.0000 to 641.0000 pence per share, with the intention of holding these shares in treasury. After this transaction, the company’s treasury now holds 39,473,911 shares, with an overall total of 1,312,001,410 shares issued. The buyback was conducted through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on the London Stock Exchange.
