Mr. Jiang has stepped down from his role as an independent director for personal reasons, with no disagreements with the company’s operations or accounting practices. On the same day, Mr. Junyi Dai was appointed to the Board, bringing his experience as Managing Director at FLMD Pty. Ltd and past role with Peng Xin Investment Co. Ltd. He is considered independent under NYSE American and SEC rules and will receive an annual fee of $8,000 plus expenses, with no known conflicts of interest or family ties within the company.
