Mears Group Plc (GB:MER) has released an update.
Mears Group PLC has continued its share buyback program, purchasing 310,000 of its own ordinary shares on April 16, 2024, for cancellation, at prices ranging from 364.75 to 365.75 GBp per share. Since the program’s announcement, a total of 5,071,656 shares have been bought back. The buyback initiative is part of the company’s effort to return value to shareholders.
