MC Mining Limited announced the resignation of Mr Nhlanhla Nene as Director and Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. Nene’s tenure saw the company through post-pandemic recovery, including a successful rights issue to revitalize the Makhado project. The company acknowledges his valuable contributions and now looks toward advancing its coal resources with stable development plans.
