The latest announcement is out from MBIA Inc (MBI).
MBIA Inc. has announced the departure of its Executive Vice President and CFO, Anthony McKiernan, effective April 30, 2024, under a Separation Agreement. He will be succeeded by Joseph Schachinger, the current Controller and a long-standing member of the company since 2000. McKiernan’s exit package includes severance pay, cash in lieu of long-term incentives and bonuses for 2023 and 2024, and a pension contribution payment. Additionally, his restricted stock will vest, with outstanding shares settled at the end of the performance periods.
