Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. has entered into an Equity Transfer Agreement with Zhonghuan Hong Kong Holding Limited, dated April 26, 2024, to sell its 16.27% stake in Huansheng Photovoltaic (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. for USD 24 million. The agreement, which ensures the sale is free from encumbrances except for an existing Share Pledge, includes full title guarantee and rights to dividends accruing after the effective date.
