Maronan Metals Ltd has expanded its financial base by issuing 5,522 new fully paid shares through the exercise of options at $0.30 each, alongside plans to issue 2,776 secondary options with a $0.60 exercise price. The company has released an Appendix 2A for the share quotation and affirms compliance with all necessary legal provisions, while no quotation will be sought for the secondary options.
