Mark Austin has stepped down from his executive roles at Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. and as of August 16, 2024, he’s no longer the co-principal financial officer or principal accounting officer. He’ll stay on until August 30, 2024, as a strategic advisor to ensure a smooth leadership transition, maintaining his salary and benefits. Afterward, he’s set to receive a severance equivalent to six months of his base salary and COBRA coverage, provided he meets certain conditions outlined in his separation agreement.
