MariaDB plc, an Irish public limited corporation, has decided not to renew the contract of its CEO, Paul O’Brien, which will result in the termination of his employment on May 26, 2024. Additionally, O’Brien stepped down from the Board of Directors effective immediately, with no disagreements cited concerning the company’s operations or financial performance.
