Manx Financial Group PLC has announced the issuance of 1,013,821 new ordinary shares following shareholder elections to partake in the Scrip Dividend program at 19 pence per share. Key directors, including Jim Mellon and Dr Gregory Bailey, have maintained their proportional holdings through this share distribution, which is expected to be admitted for trading on AIM by 25 June 2024. The company’s total voting rights now stand at 117,555,757 ordinary shares post-issuance.
