Manx Financial Group PLC is gearing up for new trading activities as it issues 240,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by key executives. This move includes 150,000 shares acquired by CEO Douglas Grant and 50,000 by Haseeb Qureshi, enhancing their stakes to 1.96% and 0.17% respectively. The shares are set to commence trading on AIM, boosting the company’s total voting share capital to 119.7 million shares.
