Man Group plc (GB:EMG) has released an update.
Man Group plc has advanced its share buyback program by purchasing 120,000 of its own shares at a cost that averaged 254.8046 pence per share. This latest transaction is part of a US$50 million buyback initiative announced in early March. Post-purchase, the company’s treasury now holds 73,003,460 shares, with an overall issuance of 1,200,946,000 shares excluding those in treasury.
