Magyar Bancorp, Inc. has announced the retirement of Edward C. Stokes and Michael F. Lombardi from its Board of Directors following the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders due to mandatory retirement age. In the same meeting, Jon R. Ansari, MBA, and Andrew G. Hodulik, CPA, were elected as new directors for three-year terms. Additionally, the company’s stockholders ratified the appointment of S.R. Snodgrass, P.C. as the independent accounting firm for the upcoming fiscal year.
