Magna International Inc. has launched a private placement offering of CAD$450 million in senior unsecured notes at a 4.80% annual interest rate, maturing in 2029, with the closing expected on May 30, 2024. The proceeds are earmarked for general corporate uses, including potentially repaying existing debt. The offering, managed by top Canadian financial institutions, is available exclusively to accredited investors in Canada.
