Magna International (TSE:MG) has released an update.
Magna International Inc. has launched a $400 million offering of senior unsecured notes with a 5.050% annual interest rate, maturing in 2029. The proceeds are slated for general corporate purposes including potential debt repayment. The offering, managed by BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, and Citigroup, is set to close on March 14, 2024.
