Macquarie Group Limited has announced a substantial $A1 billion capital raising initiative through the issue of Macquarie Group Capital Notes 7, which are set to be traded on the Australian Securities Exchange. These convertible, perpetual notes aim to enhance the company’s capital reserves and offer quarterly distributions, subject to certain conditions. Investors holding Macquarie Group Capital Notes 3 will have the opportunity to reinvest into the new notes, with a Prospectus detailing the offer available online.
