Macquarie Group Limited has successfully issued 15 million Macquarie Group Capital Notes 7 (MCN7), raising $A1.5 billion, with trading set to commence on the ASX. They offered a reinvestment option for holders of Macquarie Group Capital Notes 3, resulting in the resale and subsequent redemption of $A577 million worth of these notes. The company also outlined the distribution schedule for MCN7 and provided details regarding the tax ruling and holder distribution.
