M.P. Evans (GB:MPE) has released an update.
M.P. Evans Group PLC has recently bought back and cancelled 5,592 of its own shares at a uniform price of 847.8 pence per share. This buyback has reduced the total number of shares in issue to 53,060,992, with all remaining shares carrying equal voting rights. Investors should note that this new total represents the denominator for any future calculations in changes of shareholdings as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
