UScellular has announced its 2024 Annual Incentive Plan, designed to incentivize and reward officers, including the President and CEO, for their role in achieving the company’s strategic goals. This plan emphasizes company performance, accounting for 80% of the assessment, primarily based on key financial metrics like service revenues, operating cash flow, and capital expenditures. Individual performance constitutes the remaining 20%. Notably, officers are eligible for bonuses only if they remain with the company until the payout date, with certain exceptions for retirement or death.
