Namoi Cotton Ltd (AU:NAM) has released an update.
Louis Dreyfus Company Melbourne Holdings Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Louis Dreyfus Company B.V., has made a cash offer to acquire all ordinary shares of Namoi Cotton Limited not already owned by the group. The offer, detailed in a replacement bidder’s statement, is $0.67 per share and aims to take over the cotton giant.
